SUBMIT A Claim
For fast and easy medical claims processing, we recommend submitting your medical or dental claim through the Sutton portal. For all other claims, please complete a CLAIM FORM and submit it to Sutton Claims.
The Sutton portal offers an efficient way to submit medical and dental claim expenses anytime, from anywhere in the world. Portal users also have quick access to travel & medical assistance, product information and important contact information. Submitting a claim is fast and easy - just answer a few questions, take a picture of your receipts and submit it on the portal for our claims department to review.

Complete all of the information in the Sign Up form. You can edit this information at any time in the My Profile section.
Your registration will be approved almost immediately. In some cases, please allow up to 12 hours for your registration to approve. You will be notified by email when your registration is approved.
Click Submit a Medical or Dental Claim. Answer the questions, take a picture of your receipts and submit it on the app for our claims department to review.

On Call is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please note that On Call is not a first responder. If you are in a medical emergency please call local emergency response services first and then call On Call as soon as possible after that.
