Robert B. Kennedy Robert practises defence litigation with an emphasis on sports, university, recreation and adventure tourism cases. He has wide experience in a number of areas of litigation practice including insurance and personal injury. Robert is actively involved as defence counsel for the outdoor commercial recreation and adventure tourism industry in British Columbia and has lectured on comprehensive risk management programs, including the contractual exclusion of liability program currently in use by the ski industry in Canada.

This presentation may be eligible for a Continuing Education credit.

Rebecca Johnston
Robert’s address will be followed by a presentation from two-time Olympic Gold medalist Rebecca Johnston. Rebecca will discuss her experience as an amateur athlete and her Olympic journeys to Vancouver and Sochi.
